I got several estimates where people wanted to take advantage of me. I was told so many different things from other companies such as they would have to take all my insulation out and start over (house is 3 years old). I even got an estimate for almost 9K. That was for some special insulation. At any rate, I told Ray that I was not in for the run-around on the phone and that unless he was giving a fair bid not to bother driving out. He said that I shouldn't worry and came out the next day. His bid was fair, he did it right then, and showed me everything. They were polite and neat with everything. I would definatley recommend them and can't wait to see my savings in my bill. I can already tell the heating isn't running as much and the house has a different feel to it. My advice it to hire them.
