The sales rep was nice and very informative. I was not pleased with the price, I felt I could have done a little better and I felt pressured to commit to this company by the way the rep talked up the company. I was told by the sales rep I had NO insulation at all (or very very minimal). When the workers came and started the process, they were very nice and on time. I watched them do some of the work and noticed that my house did indeed have insulation!! So I probably never needed this service at all, but being a new homeowner and trying to cut heating costs, I felt this was the right step. The crew cleaned up nicely.
