Salesman did a great job. Scheduling and actually dispatching a crew to do the job was a mess. I had to call them to try and set up the appt. because apparently they forgot. I waited for over 2 hours on the day the installation was scheduled, and no one ever showed up or called.
A week later the job was completed with a bit of a discount and an attic doorway cover thrown in. They tried to make up for the initial problems.
Installation crew was very professional. They did a good job and caused no damage of any kind to my home.
