The service was excellent. He came to my house for free to look at what needed to be done and while he was there, he temporarily fixed it - without me paying one dime yet. He needed parts which he ordered, and since the holidays were here, he said he fixed it temporarily so if we had guests, all would be good.
When the parts arrived, he called me right away (just about 2 days later) and came to my house at precisely the time he said he would - imagine that!! He fixed it right away, and the price he quoted me was the price I paid - no extra hidden charges or additional fees.
I definitely would recommend this service to friends and family
