We were moving into a rental, and the carpets were supposedly cleaned when the old tenants moved out, less than 2 weeks prior. We were not satisfied with that "cleaning " job, so we filled out the questionnaire on line and were matched up with Rainbow International. Within minutes of hitting "enter", my phone was ringing, and Len was ready to accommodate us, on a LATE SATURDAY AFTERNOON! We were so impressed with his willingness to clean the carpets at our convenience, regardless of the day, time, or short notice.
The service, I would say was fantastic. The cleanliness of the carpet afterward, well, eh, not so.

As far as having your carpets cleaned, this was a wonderful experience. The gentlemen who performed the work was courteous, prompt, quick and efficient. He also was able to get out "stains" that previous cleaners had not been able to remove. His fee was very reasonable. I plan on using him again when necessary!
