THE WOMAN ARRIVE ON TIME. TRIED TO CLEAN MY 18 YEAR OLD HONEYCOMBED BLIND,THE BLIND STARTED TO COME APART! THE WOMAN FELT WORSE THAN I DID. THEY WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED THEY COULD NOT MAKE ME HAPPY WITH CLEAN BLINDS! THEY REFUSSED TO TAKE ANY MONEY FOR THEIR TIME SPENT AT MY HOUSE SETTING UP AND VACUMING THE 8 FOOT BLINDS.I WILL PRAISE THEIR SERVICE TO EVERYONE.

I needed help with an important project on last minute notice. After calling several services that couldn't accommodate my request I signed on to ServiceMagic. In today's economy I was surprised that more businesses didn't have a strategy for being able to accommodate last minute projects. The first thing that struck me about Kathy was her response; she responded immediately and was able to accommodate the business with little notice. She wanted the business and found a way to make it happen. It was evident that she has a strong business sense.
While receiving the estimate Kathy stated her commitment to making sure that she exceeded all of my expectations. She and her crew worked longer and harder that I would have expected and completely fulfilled their commitment. As they had worked later into the night and visibility inside the building was low, the next day I had noticed a few minor things that were important to me and had appeared to have been missed. That being said, I was still quite pleased with the overall work. Kathy had specifically asked for feedback and when I brought up the few minor details she had them resolved within a few hours. She exceeded all expectations and the results were spectacular.
I will do business with her again in the future and would highly recommend Simply Green Cleaning to others.
