They came on the earlier side of the time period I was told they would be here. Lance was very friendly and worked quickly. It only took about 1/2 hour for the blinds to get cleaned and he was quick to reinstall the blinds in the house. The blinds looked great and are in good condition.

He arrived on time, did a very nice job of cleaning, however, he didn't have the "right tool" to do my patio slider blind. I could another company, the gentleman came out, took a screw driver, dismounted the blind in less then 10 min and took it to be cleaned.

Overall the project turned out good. The service was punctual and the blinds turned out great when it came to how clean they were, however some of the blinds cords were installed crooked. Also some dirt was left on the walls next to the windows that could have been cleaned off. I was also surprised with an extra $40 charge because I would have to pay for three panels on one window, when originally told that there was a flat rate of $19.99 per window regardless of the size. That was disappointing. I might shop around a little more next time before chosing to use them again.
