I thought Zhanna and another person would be coming as of the evening before. I was called 10:30 AM to tell me someone else was coming alone. She came on time 12:30-12:45. She did a good job but had to work longer because she was only 1 person. I was told 1 price originally but the cost was more because it took longer. I wasn't told that. I believe there was miscommunication again about the frequency of the service. I told Zhanna I wasn't sure how often I would need the service but she wanted to set it up for every week or every 2 weeks. I very well may call rhe service again and hopefully have better clarification.

Zhanna's service was great. I had them out at my home once for the deep cleaning so far and it was better than any other service or person I have had thus far. They actually moved things when they dusted and cleaned, made beds, and took at trash. I was very happy. I think they are also reasonably priced and plan to have them clean my home bi weekly. I would recommend them, great job!
