This contractor was very patient addressing the job and my concerns for "being green." The contractor made an approximate schedule and communicated to confirm a firm starting date. The job was started and completed on schedule. The old insulation in m attic had to be removed before being properly insulated. The attic looked like new contruction after the removal process. The insulation job was just as good. The contractor was very fair w/ his price for this job.

Joe Ryan was responsive to view the job and give a quote but the overall job was rather sloppy. Insulation was just stuffed in the rafters without sufficient cuts to avoid or enclose obstacles. Joe sent one of his employees back when I mentioned this to him and he made some adjustments which made the job passable so I paid him. I have made some further adjustments to bring the job up to level i wanted.
