Expertise was great, Kevin Klein's sales call expertly diagnosed the foundation/thermax rim seal leak which caused our frozen water pipe problem.
However, first attempt at installing spray foam insulation in 36 " cantilever joist cavities under 15 ' living goom and 19 ' bedroom extensions was very poor. My telephone compaint was promptly responded to and a follow-up application was scheduled for 4 days later.
Second application was applied at no additional cost and was of excellent quality. Had this occurred on the first application the rating would have been 5 stars.

The job was started on time but was not completed due to faulty equipment. They returned the following day to complete the job. They had to work in a crawl space under my home with very limited room to move yet they did a great job. Time will only tell if the job was effective, I have to wait until next winter.
