They came on time, and did a nice clean job. I believe they removed and did not replace the dryer vent pipe and could not convince the owner of that. I may have been mistaken. They responded to my request for solving a rat problem. I did not realize they were not pest removal people. I found this out after finding rat(s) in my house after they had supposedly closed off all entrances. They had to be called back to block the rats entrance through the dryer vent flapping "door".
