Joe Ryan was responsive to view the job and give a quote but the overall job was rather sloppy. Insulation was just stuffed in the rafters without sufficient cuts to avoid or enclose obstacles. Joe sent one of his employees back when I mentioned this to him and he made some adjustments which made the job passable so I paid him. I have made some further adjustments to bring the job up to level i wanted.

They were on-time, clean, quiet and respectful. We assume the job was done correctly...we'll know once the snow starts accumulating. They were also very helpful with filling paperwork for the National Grid rebate.
