I chose lexander General Contracting, Inc. because their bid included retaining my cast iron tub. Their estimate clearly stated what they would perform and whay I would supply. In one week, I went from having a 1920's bathroom to a 21st century one. My building was erected in 1927, and required extensive plumbing work. Alexander brought in an expert in old building plumbing, revised my estimate, and now I have shut off valves, and a shut off valve for my tier, With old buiildings, nothing is level. You cannot tell that with the professional tiling done on the floor and walls. Alexander applied old fashion professionalism for perfection
