They had to come two different days because they cut a couple of the tiles wrong. She had to order more tiles. But all in all the job was very good.

I also asked not to have two tiles the same color touching and there was one spot where the corners touched with the same color. I wasn't happy about that but didn't notice it until the next day after the job was done.

Chris' price was fair and he gave us some pricing options to consider.
He also made suggestions early in the project that were helpful and which we incorporated into the project.
Chris is conscientious about keeping the hardwood floors covered with thick padding as he moves around the house with equipment, tools, and items to be installed.
He has also been flexible -- working around our planned vacation early in the project.
We would gladly hire him again for any other project on our home.
