Manny was excellent. Always on time and he did a great job. Very curtious, and pleasant. He works very hard and came in the evening when needed so he can complete the job as promised. Price was reasonable too. Very knowledgable, I felt very comfortable that he would do a good job for me.

My suggestion would be to look over his helper alittle closer as he made some blunders which could have been avoided. He was alittle sloppy but I think it was due to not enough experience. It was nothing that couldn't be fixed but just not what I expected from him.

I had an emergency that needed immediate attention right before the Chrismas holiday. I called a number of professionals in the yellow pages without success: All calls were answered by voicemail. When I called Richard, he answered (no voicemail!) and was able to work my emergency job into his schedule. He arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, and completed the job on schedule and as promised. I have asked him to do several other jobs in my house. He has my complete cofidence.

Someone from one of the other.services I contacted (through the yellow pages), returned my call days after I'd made it.
