Mr. Lanigan arrived first to review the work needed then his team came in and made the necessary repairs to my burst pipe and while he was there he also had them replace the trap under the kitchen sink and repair a kitchen drawer. His repairs were excellent and the price fair. I will recommend hiim to everyone I know. The work was done quickly and the team was friendly but polite. I will be calling him for all future work he can do on my home.

He maintained a respectful, professional relationship with us, and with his workers. He was always on time, cleaned up each day before leaving. We are completely satisfied!

The service was excellent and the price was reasonable compared to other quotes. Mr. Collier was very professional, explained everything, was always on time and delivered as promised. He helped us pick our tiles from the store and was very patient when we had to go to another store as the first store did not have the required quantity in stock I thought they had. W liked the results and would recommend him highly.
