Remodel a Bathroom in 46304

This was my first experience with contracting remodellers and I went into it having been told lots of stories about incomplete jobs. So my rating has to include the fact that, while 97% of the work was done (and done beautifully) there were details left at the end of the job. We are assured they will be completed, but it is going to be on Town & Country's time schedule, not ours. Pluses: all aspects - electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting - were overseen by Dean Whiite and we did not have to fideal with those individual contractors. Dean took a difficlut space and gave us what we wanted and needed. They cleaned up after themselves nicely 2.

In August we had our bathroom totally remodeled. The men worked hard everyday and cleaned up at the end of day. Due to small problems it was done a few days longer than expected. Had a problem with tub drain and called owner. He checked different things and finally had to call plumber. Workers left paper and screw in pipe, cost us $250.00. Owner said he would pay bill. Taled to him a few weeks later said check would be in mail. We have tried to contact him several times, no response. No check as of 10/26/09. Feel we have been lied to. Also paint job sloppy and scratches on toliet seat and vanity top. Not too happy with owner.

My experience was great. Mr White and his crew helped fine tune what I wanted to do with my bathroom. They took time, gave me suggestions of why some things would not work and what would. Never felt rushed. His crew was professional, with a good eye to detail. Cleaned up each day. They would address any concern promptly. Made an experience I was dreading enjoyable.
