Some work was well done. Other aspects needed to be redone. Generally neat, but needed to be told to NOT use a kitchen sink to wash out grouting tools!!! The biggest problems were with the plumbing subcontractor, who did inferior work which needed to be redone by another plumber and may cause us problems down the road because of the shortcuts he took.

The first contractor that followed the schedule in the contract.
They answer the phone right away; you don't need to leave a message and then they call you ... who knows when.
Very nice people
Good craftsmanship: I had to do plumbing, siding, and some interior work. All of them are fairly good quality.
