Dave Sheldon of Home Resources, Inc. did a great job on my home remodeling project! He was conscientious in giving good advice, explaining options available, and quick to offer cost-saving alternatives. He found a great price for the Corian tile I wanted for my kitchen; he went above and beyond to help me with my new down draft stove; and his employees were very knowledgeable and helpful--saving me at least $1000 on a new hot water heater that wasn't needed. He checked on our job regularly, supervising his subcontractors and paying them promptly. I would gladly recommend Dave to any of my friends or others who need a good contract!
