John called literally within minutes of my online inquiry. We agreed on when the snow removal service would be performed and you cannot imagine the peace of mind I had as the storm dumped 16 inches on us !
I had decided to not venture into work Monday morning since the roads had not yet been cleared, so John and I rescheduled for the morning. When John said he would be here first thing in the morning he was not kidding ! By 7:15 am and the driveway was done !
John's company offers other contracting services, painting, home repair, etc...I will be contacting him again soon but hopefully not for snow removal...one storm is enough!
