Marc is able to think a project through and offer smart ideas and solutions in the estimating stages. He's confident, and eager to work. You soon realize you can leave the job to him and any second guessing is unnecessary. Diane, the office manager, knows the answer before you ask the question. Her response to emails, phone calls, etc. is immediate and she's always available, good-natured, and patient. Ron is meticulous, a true craftsman. His work is flawless and he takes pride in what he does.
