He asks a lot of questions up-front, this is key to a good mutual understanding of the work. Other contractors who just make a few measurements and leave are not going to catch critical issues until too late. Sanza dealt well with differing site conditions which involved extra plumbing work.

Install or Replace Sliding Doors in 21208

They were one of three that submitted bids to replace a pair of patio doors. All three bidders were thorough and forthcoming and provided details on the doors they were recommending and how long the installation would take. We selected Above Grade based on prive and their concern for protecting the cleanliness of the rooms adjacent to the two decks. Above grade was efficinet, clean, and the installation more than met our expectations. I have already recommended them to friends.
