Paul and his crew started right on time (on the date that I had requested) and finished within the 3 weeks that they had estimated the job would take, despite a couple of delays (e.g., tile that didn't come in on time). The team for this project worked steadily and professionally and did their best to interfere as little as possible with the rest of the household. They were pleasant to have around and knew what they were doing. I had to ask questions to get complete updates about progress of the work and next steps. Fortunately, I scheduled this job when my time was pretty flexible, so I was able to be available on fairly short notice to make decisions or go to showrooms to choose and purchase some of the fixtures. All in all, they did a great job. I got what I asked for and what I expected and am very satisfied with the results. I would definitely contract with Paul again.
