Vince was at my home every day, sometimes twice a day to inspect the progress of the workmen. All of the men in the crew were easy to work with, friendly and trustworthy. I never had issues with foul language, either. Their primary concern was to give me everything I wanted, and when that presented a challenge, they rose to the challenge eagerly. They arrived for work promptly. If they were delayed for any reason, I always received a call to let me know. They worked cleanly. I did not have to spend my evenings cleaning up after them - they tidied up after themselves. The end results met all of my expectations. I love my new bathroom, and love showing it off to friends!

Very prompt-- was here at the house when he said he would be, and stayed even longer than planned to complete a part of the work each day. Very courteous and professional. Cleaned up each day. Even returned an extra day to touch up thin paint drying. Made good suggestions, and was not trying to sell me something I didn't need or want. Very pleased.
