From the very beginning of our project to the very end, every person we worked with--on the phone or in person, has been helpful, friendly, and professional. Whenever problems arose (due to prexisting conditions with our 37-year-old house), they were addressed by the guys at Sturdy and the licensed plumber and electrician who worked with them. If it was directly related to the job, they fixed the problem, and if not, they gave us lots of helpful hints about what we can do to better maintain our home. We got more than a lovely new bathroom out of this project--we got an education. We have another project on the horizon, and we know who we'll call when we're ready.
