Aviv Contruction & Design, Inc performed a major remodel of my duplex. There overall workmanship was very good. However, the painters did not cover and mask when painting. After the job was complete we discovered over-spray on the newly installed windows, and some new appliances. They did correct all the issues that were identified during the job, without complaint. A very very carefull inspection prior to the the completion of the job will provide you with and excellent result.
