They called the day I requested some information. They explained how it works with them and then we set up an appt. They called the day before as a reminder, Dave Monroe called about 30 min prior to coming out to the house then showed up promptly. What we needed him to do took longer than anticipated and he had to go to Menard's to buy a light kit-which he did that day and finished up the project.
Very professional.

Ron Rayn completed our project...installed flooring in attic and access ladder to attic. He was on time...actually early..but that was no problem at all. While I am not one to evaluate this kind of work because as they say.."I cannot drive a nail straight".....the work was completed in less than a day...the end product to me was wonderful. Finished out the project with trim..etc...just looks very nice and I am extremely pleased. I will use Handyman Connection again...and if at all possible...hope Ron will be the one who does any work I have.
