Dana responded quickly and when he arrived he completed his work quickly and his price was very fair. When I had to call him back to put an additional piece on the master bath vent (it was missing when he was here the first time; and I had to find where it was placed) he came back and again worked quickly with a very fair charge. He also noticed that my electric box outside of my house had not been reattached by the company who did my siding last year and he fixed that for no additional charge. Will absolutely use Dana again. Dana was phenominal! He was very accomodating and work around last minute changes in our schedule to get the job done. Dana was fast, efficient and extremely neat. At the end of the installation Dana shut down the main power, fired up the generator and walked us through everything we would have to do in the event of a reall power failure. Everything worked perfectly.
