Joe called literally within MINUTES of putting in my request for service to install two bathroom exhaust fans. Came out and gave me a reasonable estimate. Explained why one fan would be more expensive due to venting and ducting issues. I called a week later to say we decided to install one fan only, and he put me on his schedule for three days later. He arrived at the house when he said he would, installed the fan so that it looks like it was always there, stuck to the estimate, and there was absolutely no trace of any mess, if one was ever made! I don't think you can ask any more than that.
