Very knowledgeable, responded quickly and was very helpful in helping me determine how to best get my work completed. The job was messy, dirty and had some complications. Michael determined the best solutions and was always positive. He cleaned the job sites and provide some valid suggestions that would enhance our environment. I will be callng Precise to get another enhancement completed.

All Star Electric did not actually do the work -- my project description was misworded to some degree. However, I talked to one of the "all-stars" and he was able to put me in touch with another contractor who was able to to get us in his schedule quickly. I appreciate the willingness to help me get my project completed even though the work was outside the scope of the electricians at All Star Electric.

Very up front with the project that I wanted to be completed. Answered all my questions and made suggestions on what needed to be done. Once the project was completed he explained what was done and explained what to do if any thing went wrong. I felt very comfortable with the conpleted project, and will contact Precise Electric again if needed.
