Excellent!
Conor called a few seconds after I submitted the request for replacement of a kitchen extractor fan. He made an appointment, and came the next day to see the job. Was extremely punctual, polite and professional. Gave an estimate within 5 min, which wasn't expensive. He took the fan with him to look for a replacement, since they longer manufacture the same old model.
The fan was not in stock, and Conor kept me informed regarding the purchasing and delivering. He had to order the fan, and it took a week for the fan to arrive.
The final cost was was less expensive. Conor had even cleaned the old greasy fan and its holder.........
