Innovative Contractors was on time, budget, and scope. You usually don't get all three with a general contractor. The work was to our expectation, and Brian was always communicated his thoughts, ideas, and needs with the project. All business was done through Brian and he handled any subcontracting or other work that needed to be done. Great Service!!!

Repair or Partially Replace a Wood Fence in 97006
We needed seven fence posts replaced in two sections of our yard. After receiving several quotes, we chose Innovative Contractors because of their servicemagic & BBB rating and their very competitive price. We were very satisfied with the completed fence and the professional quality and service. We weren't sure what time they would arrive and when/how to pay them. Since it was an outside job this wasn't an issue - they started/completed the job with minimum interaction with us which suited us just fine. They left a bill when they were done and we mailed them a check.
