Eric did an excellent job finishing our basement. All who have seen it, have complimented the workmanship and appear to be very impressed with the overall look of the finished rooms. The project was complicated, and included a custom bar, a custom built fireplace and television wall unit as well as a full bathroom. As the project progressed, designs changed due to issues out of Eric’s control, such as the fireplace provider not being able to vent the fireplace from the point in the original design. Eric provided alternate suggestions and completed this portion of the project at no extra cost. The bar was built from scratch, his suggestions worked their way into the design and I am very pleased with the outcome. Communication with any contractor is a must. Eric listened to my concerns and worked with me to make sure all concerns were addressed. The project was very reasonably priced and included many cool extras including recessed lighting over the bar, and building our refrigerator into the wall behind the bar. Great Job!
