My experience with Ted Sihpol at Renaissance Partners was absolutely fantastic. Ted is the type of person who, when asked to do 10, delivers 15+. His initial project estimate was extremely reasonable in terms of cost, his craftsmanship was top quality, and he finished everything on time within budget despite my slightly complicated plan to have a flooring contractor come in during the project and to pick up pre-built cabinets from a store, etc. But what really makes Ted stand out is his dedication to customer service, his integrity and honesty, and his positive attitude. I would not hesitate to give Ted a call again for my next project.

So far, Jaymes has shown up and gotten the work done. He is doing a smaller job that could have been alot bigger if it was what I thought it was, but he opened a wall and did creative troubleshooting that other contractors hadnt previously done, and the job got much smaller and less expensive.
This is a new relationship, but if he continues to show the same amount of care and thought to everything I need to do, he will be my #1 call.
Next up, painting, basement sealing,
There is so much to do here, and its good to know that Jaymes is honest, intelligent, and shows up.
