I would highly recommend these folks. The owner met with us and provided an estimate in a timely manner and broke out the work to be done in an easy to read format. He then checked back a week later to see if we had any additional questions.

Communication was a big concern of ours entering this process and everyone at Projects Unlimited far exceeded expectations. The project manager stopped by or contacted me at least 3-4 times a week to make sure that everything was going as planned and that we were satisfied with the work. The owner called or stopped by several times over the course of the 4 week project to also check on our satisfaction. When all the work was completed, the owner met with us to conduct a walkthrough. Once we were completely satisfied, we signed off on the work and made final payment. Given our trepidation of working with a contractor, we could not have been more pleased with everyone at Projects Unlimited.

Nick and his guys were at all times punctual and professional as well as very flexible with some changes we made mid construction. He was very knowledgeable and offered pressure free suggestions throughout the project which were helpful. He gave us a quote and never waivered from it. Nick and his entire staff worked endlessly to complete our basement in a short period of time. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the finished project; Nick is a perfectionist. We are very pleased with the end result and intend to work with again him in the near future.

Install, Repair or Replace Plumbing or Fixtures in 22192

Project Trade Services LLC were punctual, proficient, identified the problem and showed me evidence of the defect. The service provider had to leave the residence to get a new (speacial) part, but returned and repaired expeditiously. This was a fantastic experience and the owner appeared to be a trustowrthy hardworking individual. I have definitely tagged this provider as my "provider of the future" for repair needs of this nature.
