We have just submitted plans to the county for approval. We choose him over R. Woods based on cost. Both were knowledgable. Dave provide many suggestions and insights to current building pratices and reasonable optios. Dave L is professional, price consciencious and a pleasure to work with. We shall see how the project progresses.

While the overall work quality was good, communication and follow-up was challenging. I had to keep on top of the project and remind them to finish a few things which were part of the job. One item was left incomplete with no follow-up communications. I was not kept informed of the project progression and rarely knew when the crew was going to show up. They appeared to have trouble juggling Multiple projects.
