I had Mr Soucek do the drop ceilings of my basement 3 rooms `900 sq/ft. He is very professional and timely unlike most of the subcontractors I have dealt with in the past. His work met all my expectations and I have to say I hold contractors to a high standard. After interviewing 3 subcontractors for the basement cabinetry and trim work, I have also selected Mr. Soucek to do this work as well. He knows the detail I expect on this project and I'm sure he will deliver. His quoted pricing has been very reasonable. I will follow this review with a review of the cabinetry & trim work.

Renovate or Repair a Home in 44310

They were prompt with a quote and began working very soon after the quote was accepted. They would arrive early in the morning, prepared for the available tasks that could be done for that day, and completed the tasks efficiently. They were clean, organized, and did their best to clean up at the end of the day. I can say, I found it difficult to keep up with them, I would be picking out the new stuff, while they were tearing out the old stuff. Items were being installed as soon as available from the supplier. They have done a great job with everything I asked them to do.
