Pleasant. Hard working, polite crew. It was a delight to see hear them banter back and forth, obviously a group of young men who have worked together for some time and do so happily. Speaks well of the job boss and the company.

When we noticed water leaking into our basement, we spoke with several companies, many of which proposed unnecessarily extravagant solutions with astronomical prices. Pro Basement, however, told us exactly what we NEEDED to have done, quoted us a fraction of what other companies had, and did an amazing job. After they completed the waterproofing project in our basement we have since had them back to install a backup sump pump system as well as new baseboards in our guestroom.
