Remodel a Bathroom in 20747

Mr. Carlson did an outstnading job remodeling my Bathroom. The Bathroom was very small, but inspite of this everything turned out beautiful. The tile was laid expertly and all of the materials I selected were delivered and installed correctly. All old appliances were removed and the "clean-up" was excellent. Mr. Carlson's price was very reasonable and the job was completed in the time frame promised. There were no problems. I will have this company remodel my other Bathroom later.

The contractor was outstanding comparied to others I have dealt with in the past. He completed the job as scheduled and on budget, helped with recomendation as to the options and better ways to accomplish what I wanted, and took care of small items that were not part of the contract that arose with out issues. The other candidates you suggested either did not return calls or they just dropped off a rough proposal and cost, higher that the Rafferty construction cost, with out taking the time to discuss what I really wanted. Rafferty discussed the project and provided a detailed drawing of what I would get for the cost. Excellent contractor.
