JL Smith Repair & Remodeling did an outstanding job on our basement. When the work was done, our basement look just like model home basement. Excellent craftsmanship in the work. Mr. Smith and his crew arrive on time each day of the project and made sure the job for that time period was completed as scheduled. When family and friends came over to see the basement, they were amazed of the work JL Smith Repair & Remodeling had done and wanted his card for some work of their own. My husband and I contracted with Mr. Smith for drywall, crown molding and painting. We found him to be a professional and reliable contractor. We followed through with references provided by Mr. Smith and he was highly recommended for the project. He provided us with a written proposal which included a timeline, price and payment schedule, and specifications for all materials and products that were used in the project. He maintained a respectful, professional relationship with us, and with his workers. He was always on time, cleaned up each day before leaving. We are completely satisfied!
