Steadfast subcontracted the project to Phil Cardone who oversaw the entire effort. He provided ideas to make the basement standout; a real customize look with recess lights, french doors, etc. He took time to find the right fixtures and other additions at reasonable prices. I feel had I gone directly to Phil instead of Steadfast, the project would have been cheaper. The only negative was the paint job. Lack of attention to detail, sloppy painting on doors and trim was the only drawback to a beautiful, finished basement.

I would highly recommend Vale Home Improvement to others. Alfredo and his team did an outstanding job. They were fast and the quality of work was excellent. Furthermore, the price was very reasonable. I know because I got several bids. In fact, my wife and I were so impressed that we are working with Vale on several additional projects.
