I am very picky and normally do not give excellent ratings unless 100% satisfied with absolute everything. The quality of work is very good. The company is willing to negotiate with un-foreseen issues and can provide a satisfactory solution. Job finished behind of schedule due to vendor issues. It is a tough business in custom home remodeling since home owners always assume they should have full control of how the remodeling should be done. I would recommend that the supervisor spend more time to oversee the progress at each stage and committee more communications with home owners before issues rises. Great company to go with.
