Steve Rechsteiner is the consummate professional. He did what he said he was going to do, showed up on time (every time), and managed this project with great efficiency. Steve was also polite and extremely flexible. One of the reasons we are so pleased with him (aside from the quality of the work) was the fact that he was so great to work with. We had tight deadlines and he was able to meet those deadlines with out sacrificing the quality of his work. We love our new basement and are extremely pleased with the work that Steve did for us. We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Rechsteiner is a professional. Very good does not describe him. Excellent is a better description. His work is outstanding, he was fair and honest with the estimate. He did most of the work himself. The subcontractors he uses are great. He is courteous,friendly.He is also trustworthy. We were at work each day while he came to our house to do the basement finish. He locked the front door while he was down in the basement doing the work and before he left each day. He brought all the materials through the basement window so as not to dirty up the house. He's a good communicator. He kept us informed and up to date as the project progressed.

All in all, GREAT! Steve was very professional and patient. The estimate was the best I received and once I made the decision to use Steve he was very flexible and worked with me to complete the project. He did a fabulous job and I love my garage!!
