Dan was reasonbly priced, timely and polite and has a good attention to detail. He accomodated numerous changes to the design during the project, and was able to solve all of the problems that crept up along the way. He went above and beyond the contract to resolve a basement water problem as well, digging up the outside of the foundation and properly sealing things from the outside. For two months he had keys and alarm codes for the house, and he's proven himself diligent and trustworthy.
