Benjamin Franklin rep was not able to help me with my immediate problem but did flush out my hot water heater and secured an open drain pipe.

The service tech was very knowledgeable and honest. He was not able to repair the issue as no one in town carries parts for the Home Depot brand Pegasus (won't ever buy that brand again for that reason). He showed me how to replace the pressure cartridge once it arrived from Pegasus so I could do it myself. This is the second time I have had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing do service on my house and have been very satisfied both times.

They did a wonderful job. they were quick to respond. They were considerate of our property - they wore the shoe covers. They were efficient and i could not tall they had been in the tub area except the shower head was fixed. We were delighted with the quality of the work and the professionalism.
