The contract I received said there was no deposit but they required a deposit. I asked why and nobody ever got back to me. Before the job was completed I received a call asking for me to pay the balance. I told them the job wasn't completed and they had no idea it was going to take another three days for it to be completed. These two things were disturbing to me.

I was originally disappointed because the faucet they installed was not the quality I expected for the price. I called to complain, bracing for a fight. They offered to replace it immediately. The manager I spoke to was incredibly helpful and gracious. They impressed me with their ability to fix the problem and make me feel completely different about my experience with their company.
