I wish we had taken before pictures! Our basement is awesome, it was so much more than we expected. the gentleman who came to present the system was well informed, answering all our questions and making it a no brainer to chose the company though they were the 6th one to come out and give an estimate. We were given a good deal and went on stanby to have a better chance at having the work done quckly it was important that we get it done right away. The workers were kind, knowledgible, patient, professional, and quick. The adminsistration handled securing our financing and explained all paperwork and even got past the out of state issues.

THEY SHOWED UP ON DATE THEY SAID WOULD AND ABOUT THE TIME THEY SAID TOO. THE FOREMAN RANDY AND HIS HELPER WORKED HARD AND STEADY AND DID THE JOB WHEN I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD. BOTH MEN WERE VERY POLITE AND WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE THEY CLEANED UP AND LEFT NO MESS.VERY HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY.

BOTH DAYS THAT THE MEN CAME, THEY WERE LATE. STATED THEY HAD ANOTHER CALL FIRST. WORKED ONLY 4 HRS. FIRST DAY (12NOON-4P). STATED THEY WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE 2ND DAY AT 8A-8:30A. ARRIVED AT 10:30A. DID NOT BRING ENOUGH STONE FOR ENTIRE JOB, HAD TO GO OUT TO GET MORE. FINISHED JOB AT 7:30P. DID NOT TEST SUMP PUMP BEFORE THEY LEFT TO MAKE SURE IT WAS WORKING PROPERLY,AM GETTING MUDDY WATER COMING OUT FROM SUMP PUMP . ? IS THERE ENOUGH STONE AROUND PUMP? OVERALL THE JOB LOOKS FINE. I JUST HOPE IN THE LONG RUN I WILL NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE PUMP.
