We are finally dry! Our basement has been experiencing water problems for many years and each time considered calling someone. When we contacted service magic we received many calls and sought out many opinions. Each having their own view and experience. Aquaguard was the company we contracted with and glad we did. Their inspector was very informative and the crews worked diligently. The cost was a little higher than some of the others, but once we saw the work that they do we didn't mind spending more. We can now use our basement and happy we finally fixed it, one and for all. We will refer everyone to Aquaguard - Great Job!!

JES representative Damon Trent met with me shortly after I requested a consultation. I was happy with the quick response. He gave me a bid during our meeting and I signed a contract. Later Evergreen gave me a bid that was lower than JES, and JES met Evergreen's price. The workers arrived on the day and time scheduled, and the work was done within the quoted time frame. There was mud left around the entire foundation where the work was performed. The workers cleaned up some but said the furniture prevented them from using a water hose. I've spent a lot of time cleaning it up. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work and happy with JES.

The estimate to complete the work was a little higher than some of the competitors, the years in business really was the deciding factor.
