With all of the wet weather we have had they were very busy and it took a month to get them in to do the work. Once on site they found that my leak was too bad for the smaller leak solution and had to regroup. I will commend them though that they did make arraingments to finish my extended situation and actually stayed very late on a Friday night to ensure it got done. We did have more rain after the project was completed and everything was dry in my basement.

They provided a large team to accomplish the job in less than one day. They discovered a problem when they started to work and had to change the method of waterproofing but were equipped to make the adjustment and didn't charge us the extra that, had they known at the time of the quote, would have been substantially more money.
