I was impressed with their down-to-earth manner. They weren't trying to "sell" me something. One of the owners came to my house and insptected the basement, accurately described how they would treat it, and gave me a very competitive price with a discount if I accepted in the next 7 days. The next day I found I had lost my job but they extended the deadline for the discount. Three months later I had them come do the job. The workers were friendly and efficient. In two days they completed the job and left the basement clean and tidy. The basement has dried considerably since then and I am very pleased.
